劉成均

劉成均,男,博士先後於台灣大學, 密西西比大學, 及康乃爾大學完成學士, 碩士, 博士,美國土木工程學會會士, 並於2009年獲得母校密西西比大學頒發的傑出校友獎。

劉成均博士先後於台灣大學, 密西西比大學, 及康乃爾大學完成學士, 碩士, 博士, 並取得紐約州職業工程師執照。劉博士曾擔任紐約州環境保謢署正工程師及資深研究員。 劉博士自1980年起任教於夏威夷大學, 先後在土木及環境工程系擔任助理教授, 副教授, 正教授, 及系主任。劉博士曾擔任20多項重要研究計畫的主持人,發表了80多篇學術論文和專著,擔任包括環境科學學刊(北京)在內的多個學術期刊的編輯.並主持多項國際性學術會議。 2008-09期間,劉博士應美國聯邦政府邀請擔任國家科學基金會環境工程學門主任。劉博士是美國土木工程學會會士, 並於2009年獲得母校密西西比大學頒發的傑出校友獎。

(1)城市區域的暴雨流量及水質的測量及模型分析,
(2)地下水水文調查及安全出水量之分析.
(3)利用溶氧量晝夜變化之實測數值估求河川復氧能力: 理論推演及套用.
(4)線型系統理論與水環境仿真.
(5)自然能源用於海水淡化的相關科技開發.
