劉慶會

劉慶會:1966年出生於山東省單縣,1984年至1988年南京理工大學無線電技術學習,1997年至2003年在日本鹿兒島大學留學,獲碩士和博士學位。博士畢業至2009年,在日本國立天文台從事探月衛星SELENE的開發研究 。2009年5月入選中科院“百人計畫”回上海天文台工作,終期評估優秀。研究員、博導、浦江人才、射電天文科學與技術研究室副主任、65米射電望遠鏡總工程師、我國火星探測VLBI分系統總設計師、嫦娥系列衛星VLBI測定軌總體技術主任設計師 。

工作介紹

在日本研究期間,從事深空和月球探測、VLBI技術、都卜勒技術和行星科學的研究。在SELENE中,利用同波束VLBI技術成功得到了誤差為數皮秒的VLBI觀測數據,並把月球衛星的定軌精度提高到十米。從4程都卜勒數據中首次檢出了月球背面重力場的信號。與合作者利用4程都卜勒得到的當時最高精度的月球重力場模型發表於Science期刊。
劉慶會於2009年回國後從事我國月球和深空探測、高精度VLBI技術、射電望遠鏡開發及行星科學研究等。承擔我國探月二期和三期及火星等深空探測VLBI精密測定軌、上海65米射電望遠鏡開發和運用、空間VLBI關鍵技術研究等。提出了基於同波束VLBI技術的多探測器精密測定軌和交會對接高精度測定位方案,獲得探月三期關鍵技術研究優秀個人。提出了基於同波束VLBI技術的月球車相對定位方案,把月球車相對定位精度提高至1米,並以數厘米的靈敏度監測出月球車的移動、轉彎等動作,獲得嫦娥三號突出貢獻者和上海市科技進步一等獎。針對深空探測,撰寫了VLBI長遠發展規劃和VLBI測定軌實施方案,開展基於同波束VLBI技術的火星車定位和軌道器定軌技術研究,開展基於4程都卜勒的月球背面探測器跟蹤技術研究及月球行星重力場、大氣和電離層觀測、月球VLBI技術及科學套用等研究。
劉慶會作為總工程師,參與研發的65米射電望遠鏡具有8個波段1.2-50GHz的觀測能力,所有波段任意仰角的觀測效率均大於50%。該望遠鏡套用於探月和深空探測VLBI測定軌,在譜線、脈衝星、連續譜、VLBI射電天文觀測研究中取得了一批研究成果,實現了對外開放,每年運行8000小時。
劉慶會在IEEE trans.、Radio Science、中國科學、Science等學術刊物上發表100多篇論文。獲得上海市科技進步一等獎、嫦娥三號突出貢獻者、嫦娥五號關鍵技術研究優秀個人、中國僑聯創新人才獎、百人計畫終期評估優秀、中科院特聘研究員、國務院特殊津貼專家、電子學會十佳科技工作者等。
