劉平禮，男，1973年1月生，中共黨員，教授，博士生導師，油氣藏地質及開發工程國家重點實驗室固定研究人員，四川省有突出貢獻的優秀專家、省學術帶頭人後備人選，獲2018年度中國產學研促進獎等榮譽稱號。長期從事油氣田增產改造技術、採油氣工程的科研和教學工作。美國石油工程師協會（SPE）會員、美國岩石力學學會（ARMA）會員和中國石油學會（CPS）會員，《海洋石油平台》編委。
