初佃輝

初佃輝，男，1970年5月出生，山東省濰坊市人，博士，教授，博士生導師。1995年7月畢業於哈爾濱工業大學計算機科學與工程系，現任哈爾濱工業大學（威海）計算機科學與技術學院院長，山東省企業網路化與電子商務工程技術研究中心常務副主任，威海市計算機學會副理事長。

科研項目

近年來作為項目負責人承擔完成了國家863計畫、山東省重大科技攻關、山東省自然科學基金、山東省自主創新工程重大專項等項目十餘項；同時負責實施了十餘項企業信息化建設項目。

榮譽

近年來在國內外學術期刊上發表學術論文20餘篇，其中SCI檢索1篇，EI檢索4篇，著書兩部，榮獲航天工業總公司科技進步三等獎一次，2002年被市委市政府評為“威海市優秀青年科技人才”。
