研究方向
主要利用理論與實驗結合的辦法研究各種與生物學有關的現象和問題，目前主要研究興趣是：細菌抗藥性發展，宿主與病原物之間的關係。理論方法主要包括：數學建模和計算機模擬；實驗方法主要包括：細菌培養，抑菌測試，基因組分析，脊椎動物和無脊椎動物的免疫分析以及病原物感染時空變化分析。
