何青，男，中國人民大學財政金融學院教授，本科畢業於北京大學經濟學院，碩士畢業於中國科學院數學與系統科學研究院，博士畢業於香港中文大學(Chinese University of Hong Kong)。《Economic and Political Studies》執行主編，香港金融管理局、蒂爾堡大學（Tilburg University）、芬蘭央行訪問學者，入選北京市高等學校青年教學名師、寶鋼優秀教師獎。
