何珂,男,1978年1月生。2000年7月于山東大學物理系獲得理學學士學位。2006年3月於中國科學院物理研究所獲得理學博士學位。2006年4月到2009年3月先後在日本東京大學物理系和東京大學物性研究所從事博士後研究。2009年 4月開始,被中國科學院物理研究所表面物理國家重點實驗室聘為副研究員,所級“百人計畫”。

2016年,當選2015年度長江學者,進入2015年度“長江學者獎勵計畫”入選名單。

研究方向:表面物理、半導體物理、自旋電子學、分子束外延、角分辨光電子能譜、掃描隧道顯微鏡

工作成果

:
首次實現了寬禁帶半導體GaN表面上磁性超薄膜的分子束外延生長和垂直磁各向異性。成功製備出具有巨大Rashba自旋軌道劈裂表面態的Ag量子阱薄膜並觀測到Rashba劈裂表面態與量子阱態的強烈的相互作用,實驗證明了這種作用的自旋選擇性及其引起的量子阱態的自旋劈裂。實現了Bi2Se3系列三維拓撲絕緣體薄膜的逐層外延生長,首次觀測到三維拓撲絕緣體相對表面態的雜化導致的能隙打開。2010年獲中科院物理所“科技新人獎”。2011年獲中國科學院盧嘉錫青年人才獎。共發表論文約二十餘篇,其中Phys. Rev. Lett. 5篇(第一作者2篇),Nature Physics 2篇 (通訊作者1篇)。曾在美國物理學年會、美國磁學與磁性材料會議(3M會議)等國際會議和研討會上做邀請報告。
