研究方向

主要從事光學成像方法及其在生物醫學套用方面的研究,具體研究領域包括偏振散射成像原理,偏振光與生物組織相互作用模型,偏振散射成像在癌變檢測方面的套用等。目前主持科技部國家重點研發計畫-重大科學儀器設備開發項目課題一項:顆粒物特異性表征和源識別的偏振光學模型算法與系統最佳化;國家自然科學基金青年基金項目一項:與樣品取向無關的偏振光散射多波長成像方法及套用研究;深圳市科技研發資金國際科技合作項目一項:偏振內窺及臨床套用研究。已結題中國博士後科學基金一項:上皮組織早期癌變的穆勒矩陣偏振光成像參數研究。以主要成員身份參與國家自然科學基金項目三項:國家自然科學基金國家重大科研儀器研製項目-模組化穆勒矩陣顯微鏡及其典型臨床套用演示;國家自然科學基金面上項目-偏振組織光學模型與偏振成像病理診斷方法研究;國家自然科學基金面上項目-癌變組織穆勒矩陣與現場診斷方法研究。
