伍東玲，女，博士學位，中南大學能源科學與工程學院碩士生導師，長期從事多相流熱物理、計算流體力學與機器學習、新能源顆粒材料等相關研究，2017-2019年在留學基金委“國家建設高水平大學公派研究生項目”的資助下赴澳大利亞昆士蘭大學（QS排名前50）聯合培養，2019年獲工學博士學位。
