任吉存

任吉存,男 ,上海交通大學化學化工學院教授。1994年於武漢大學獲得分析化學專業博士學位。1994年7 月-1996年3 月任湖南師範大學化學系副教授,系副主任,並在湖南醫科大學從事博士後工作。1996 年3 月至2000 年3月在挪威Bergen大學參加歐共體重大基金項目研究。1997年晉升教授。2001年起任上海交通大學化學化工學院教授,博士生導師。

研究方向

1)單分子(單顆粒)波動光譜與成像 發展單分子(單顆粒)波動光譜與成像新方法,與微流控晶片技術結合,研究活細胞內生物分子、藥物分子的動力學以及分子間(藥物分子與靶標、蛋白-蛋白)的相互作用。
(2)光學探針設計與合成:設計合成新型的納米光學探針和螢光分子探針,發展活細胞內生物分子的標記新方法。
(3)生物分析:基於微流控晶片電泳和納米光學探針標記技術,發展高靈敏度的分析新方法,用於疾病標誌物、環境污染物分析。

科研項目

主持國家自然科學基金重點項目、科學儀器基礎研究項目、面上項目,科技部“863”專項,上海科委重點項目等。參與 “973”計畫項目,國家自然科學基金重點項目,上海市專項等項目。
