主要研究領域

1、套用分子束質譜和雷射光譜研究電漿基本物理過程,包括低氣壓-大氣壓放電過程、複雜電漿的活性物種、電漿鞘層特性、以及電漿工藝套用的機理等;
2、磁約束核聚變裝置邊緣電漿與第一壁材料相互作用以及雜質特性研究;
3、自由基、分子離子和團簇以及納米粒子的結構及氣相電子光譜。

1. 電漿雷射光譜和分子束質譜診斷研究;
2. Tokamak邊緣電漿與第一材料相互作用及雜質產生和輸運過程研究;
3. 星際電漿物理(含ISMdustplasma,擴散星際帶問題);
4. 分子離子的電子結構理論及計算(含MRCI,CCSDT和DEF等理論方法);
5. 雷射光譜學(含LIF、CRDS、CARS、REMPI等方法);
