丁棟舟，男，博士，正高級工程師，博士生導師，稀土氧化物閃爍晶體課題組長，中試基地副主任，中國材料與試驗團體標準委員會（CSTM）光學晶體標委會主任，CSTM光電材料及產品領域委員會、人工晶體及光電檢測技術委員會委員，國家新材料測試評價平台先進無機非金屬材料行業中心技術專家、稀土行業中心技術專家，《發光學報》及《人工晶體學報》青年編委。
