1979年生,山東兗州人,天津工業大學教授、博士生導師,天津市青年拔尖人才。2000年於山東大學獲化學專業理學學士學位。2005年於北京大學獲高分子化學專業理學博士學位,導師李子臣教授。2005-2008年任職於美國通用電氣(GE)公司全球研發中心,先後任助理研究員、副研究員。2009年至今在天津工業大學工作,先後任講師、副教授,教授、博士生導師。2012年美國德克薩斯大學奧斯汀分校(UT AUSTIN)訪問學者,合作教授BD FREEMAN。主講本科生【高分子化學】。主持國家自然科學基金項目2項、橫向項目若干。參加國家863計畫重大項目1項(第三),國家自然科學基金重點項目1項(第三),國家973計畫前期研究專項項目1項。2014年入選天津市科委首批天津市創新人才推進計畫(青年科技優秀人才)。2015年入選天津市委組織部第一批天津市青年拔尖人才。

2000年于山東大學化學與環境科學學院獲化學專業理學學士學位。
2000-2005年於北京大學化學與分子工程學院學習,師從李子臣教授從事自由基聚合研究。2005年獲北京大學高分子化學專業理學博士學位。
