Kyle Staver1976年在明尼阿波利斯藝術與設計學院(Minneapolis College of Art and Design)獲得藝術學士學位。
1987年在耶魯大學(Yale University)獲得藝術碩士學位。
她曾在紐約、費城和俄亥俄州舉辦個展，並於2019年在巴黎舉辦了首次個展，由格溫諾麗·澤克(Gwenolee Zurcher)在巴黎的RX畫廊(Galerie RX)擔任策展人。
2015年，她獲得了約翰·西蒙·古根海姆紀念基金會獎學金和美國藝術與文學學院購買獎。
2020年，她因傑出的作品獲得了學院藝術協會藝術家獎。
