讓大家無比期待的BigBang太陽首張正規專輯《Rise [+ Solar & Hot]》，從上周起每天定期公開一首歌，現在終於全部歌曲都面世了。由2NE1成員Sandara和BigBang隊長G-Dragon出演的主打歌《I need a girl》MV也在7月1日下午6點得以揭開神秘的面紗。《I need a girl》是講述太陽以及所有男人理想型的故事，和90年代卞真燮那首代表了當時所有男人願望的歌曲《希望事項》有異曲同工之處。實際上《I need a girl》的歌詞中有“比起裙子更適合穿牛仔褲的女生”，“愛吃我做的泡菜炒飯的女生”等等與卞真燮歌曲相同的歌詞。
太陽的正規一輯豪華版將限量發行3萬張，可是還未發售預定量就已經超過了5萬張，市場反應非常火爆。
