A hip and suspenseful action/drama about a well-known marijuana smuggler, Blake Hashman has arrived in New Orleans to find dealers help him sale pot. But a group of four agents called the Marijuana Task Force(MTF) plan to bust Blake. Also two pot activists, one a journalist and the other a videographer, find out about the scheme and they plan to record the footage to sell to tabloids or possibly present it to film festivals.
