《閃耀2005（新歌+節奏精選）》是王心凌出道三年的第一張精選專輯。整張專輯除了收錄的兩首快節奏的新歌外，其它所有歌曲的選擇完全是王心凌三張專輯中快節奏的歌曲，更創造了一個華語歌壇首度出現的創新做法—耗資百萬拍攝的10首節奏舞曲舞蹈示範帶，讓王心凌的節奏精選顯得特別與眾不同，也展現了不同於一般精選輯的大手筆誠意。
《Da Da Da》作為整張專輯的首張主打歌，整首歌曲節奏輕快，旋律簡單明快。是一首融合嘻哈、迪斯可、扭扭、踢踏多種音樂元素的快樂跳舞歌，通過王心凌甜蜜嗓音的演唱，營造出一種跳躍歡樂的氣氛。
同時配合多變的音樂元素，在舞蹈方面，王心凌此次帶來全新的《彈簧扭扭》舞步，這個新舞步是舞蹈名師藍波繼“SWEET踢踏”、“甜心跳跳”這兩隻造成全民風潮的舞步後，這次將彈簧的跳動元素放進了舞蹈中，同時配合音樂加入嘻哈、迪斯可、扭扭和踢踏的舞步，讓王心凌的全新舞蹈更加變化多端。
