有許多的“Chiquitita”的初步版本存在。其中有一個修訂版中的聲音，是受由Simon和Garfunkel1978年十二月錄製1979年一月發行的秘魯歌曲“El Condor Pasa（If I Could）”的啟發。
隨著英文版的成功，ABBA也錄製了“Chiquitita”在西班牙語版本。
歌手簡介
ABBA是瑞典的流行組合，成立於1972年。樂隊名稱來自於四名成員的姓名前字母的縮寫的組合，這兩男兩女在事業走上坡路時曾是兩對夫妻，在事業開始下坡時又分別勞燕分飛，是流行音樂史上著名的夫妻組合也是著名的離婚組合。ABBA於1982年解散。
獎項
“Chiquitita”是ABBA的最棒的單曲之一。它作為1979年聯合國兒童基金會的慈善活動的象徵物，通過聯合國大會在世界範圍聞名。作為這一事件的直接結果，ABBA向聯合國兒童基金會捐贈了歌曲所有版稅的一半。
