高會軍

高會軍（1976.1- ）男，1976年1月10日生，漢族，黑龍江省集賢縣人，哈爾濱工業大學航天學院教授、博士生導師，哈工大理學院院長，哈工大智慧型控制與系統研究所所長，哈工大校人事處副處長，2014年世界最具影響力科學家之一，國家傑出青年基金獲得者，長江學者特聘教授，IEEE Fellow。

2018年5月，入選第三批國家“萬人計畫”科技創新領軍人才。

簡介

高會軍，男，1976年1月出生，博士。遼寧省控制科學與工程重點學科學術帶頭人。
2005年畢業於哈爾濱工業大學控制科學與工程專業，獲博士學位。香港大學機械工程系榮譽教授，IEEEIES管理委員會委員，IEEECSS不確定系統專業委員會委員，中國自動化學會青年工作委員會委員，中國自動化學會技術過程故障診斷與安全性專業委員會委員。2008年獲國家傑出青年科學基金，並作為主要完成人獲國家自然科學二等獎（排名第五）；2007年獲全國百篇優秀博士學位論文獎；2010年入選新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選，並獲SCOPUS青年科學之星成就獎；2011年獲中國青年科技獎、中國青年五四獎章及黑龍江省自然科學一等獎。2012年獲陳嘉庚青年科學獎（信息領域唯一獲獎人），受聘為長江學者特聘教授併入選中組部首批青年拔尖人才支持計畫。
近年來，在自動控制基礎理論和套用基礎方面開展了廣泛而深入的研究工作，在魯棒控制與濾波、網路化控制、複雜生產製造過程控制等領域取得了一些研究成果，發表在IEEETrans.AutomaticControl、Automatica、《中國科學》等權威期刊上。目前在IEEETransactions系列彙刊上發表論文52篇，其中長文31篇，在自動控制權威期刊IEEETrans.AutomaticControl和Automatica上發表論文29篇，長文6篇，發表論文被SCI收錄118篇。研究成果得到了國內外眾多學者的廣泛認可和引用，發表的論文已被SCI他引3000餘次（10篇論文單篇他引超過50次，單篇最高他引175次），SCI引用H因子40，25篇論文入選ESI高引用論文。
在自動控制領域國際權威期刊Automatica以及IEEETrans.ControlSystemsTechnology等五個IEEETransactions系列彙刊上任編委職務；作為客座主編在IEEETrans.IndustrialInformatics等國際期刊組織研究專刊八期；四次擔任國際會議的大會主席或程式委員會主席，並在20餘個國際會議擔任程式委員會委員。在2012年中國共青團成立90周年紀念活動中作為中國先進青年的典型代表受到黨和國家領導人接見。

主要貢獻

在魯棒控制及濾波、時滯系統與網路化控制及其工業與航天套用等方面取得了一些具有國際影響的研究成果，發表在IEEE Trans. Automatic Control、Automatica、《中國科學》等權威期刊上。發表論文SCI檢索130餘篇，其中71篇發表在IEEE Transactions系列彙刊上（常文50篇，regular paper）。發表論文ISI總引用5684次、H-index 41，Google總引用9498次、H-index 51。共有25篇論文入選ESI高引用論文，入選Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researchers。
