韓茹，女，漢族，中國科學院心理研究所發展與教育心理學專業理學博士，現任該所心理健康重點實驗室助理研究員，兼任中德系統家庭治療督導師、中國心理學會安心行動心理援助短程熱線平台負責人，曾任美國賓夕法尼亞大學訪問學者。
2004年至2009年在中國科學院心理研究所攻讀博士學位。2009年至今任職於中科院心理所，主要研究領域包括親社會行為的形成發展機制、兒童社會困境行為、青少年心理健康及家庭生育意願，相關成果發表於《Evolution and Human Behavior》《Environmental and Behavior》等期刊。曾參與汶川地震志願者動機研究，提出社會困境與親社會行為關聯性理論。2023年在中國科學院大學主講職場有效溝通與人際互動培訓，涉及溝通原則及向上管理等議題。在《父母必讀》雜誌發表文章探討兒童情緒發展階段特徵與親職教育方法。
