曾在“PNAS”、“Endocrinology”、“Biology of Reproduction”、“Current Opinion in Biotechnology”等雜誌上發表學術論文。目前正在利用生物信息學手段對組織特異表達的基因進行挖掘和功能預測，建立基因相互作用的網路模型，利用分子生物學等手段對基因的表達調控、蛋白質的結構與功能進行深入研究，同時還以精原幹細胞為模型對幹細胞的增殖與分化機理進行研究。目前承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目、海外傑出青年合作基金、“973”等研究課題。
