個人業績

2011-2015年 博士在讀期間任學科助教,指導並完成41名本科畢業論文,並擔任天然產物成分析/統計學的雙語(英語和韓語)教學工作。
2009-2015年 近5年來前後主持/參與韓國農業發展廳、慶尚北道農業科技部科研課題11項,從事天然產物活性因子的分離純化及其功能評價和功能保健食品的開發。

研究方向

食藥品的功能成分生理活性和安全性的檢測:
單體化合物的活性分析有助於解析和認識功能性活性組分。目前的研究工作主要從活性←結構特徵→作用機理兩個方向著手,系統探究功能性成分活性的構效機制。博士期間做了大量的不同溶液提取物和單體的體內外抗氧化、抗炎(LPS-誘導炎症巨噬細胞和小鼠)、抗癌(癌細胞實驗)、抗糖尿(體外和STZ-誘導小鼠實驗)活性比較,對活性物質的抗病機理以及信號通路分析具有比較好的研究基礎。
計算化學生物學
以分子模擬、生物信息學和化學信息學為手段,研究重要生物大分子的功能和機制,研究有機小分子和生物大分子相互作用的基本理論,發展和完善計算機輔助藥物設計方法。運用計算機輔助藥物設計方法並結合必要的化學和生物實驗手段,尋找和設計可以有效調節重大疾病靶標分子功能的有機小分子化合物。
