中山大學土木工程學院，教授，江西豐城人，隧道工程災變防控與智慧型建養全國重點實驗室（中山大學）成員，南方海洋科學與工程實驗室（珠海）島礁與海洋工程創新團隊成員。擔任中國土木工程學會隧道及地下工程分會理事、中國土木工程學會工程風險與保險研究分會理事、中國岩石力學與工程學會海洋工程地質災害防控分會理事、中國地震學會岩土工程防震減災專業委員會委員、中國地震學會基礎設施工程防震減災專業委員會委員、中國岩石力學與工程學會地面岩石工程專業委員會委員等。
本科畢業於中南大學土木工程專業，博士畢業於浙江大學岩土工程專業，澳大利亞Griffith University海洋岩土中心訪問學者。發表SCI、EI檢索期刊論文100餘篇，主持/合作主持國家自然科學基金面上項目和國家重點研發計畫青年科學家項目，參與國家重點研發計畫、國家自然科學基金重點項目多項。入選廣東省高層次人才計畫，作為主要完成人獲得福建省科技進步一等獎、廈門市科技進步一等獎、中國岩石力學與工程學會科技進步二等獎、第十二屆李善邦青年優秀地震科技論文獎等。
