課程從教師2002年在法國巴黎高商用十分鐘英文演講贏得MBA學生會主席的經歷說起，從快速的語音校正和美式語調開始，優先傳授跨文化思維的塑造，然後才從語言與非語言技巧、積極辭彙量建設加工你的語言基礎，重點強調自我介紹和英文面試兩大套用場景，並請美國專家專門從母語者角度對中國學習者提出提綱挈領的建議，最後引導大家共同進行持續學習的策略。
