中國醫療醫藥協會會員，祖傳中醫世家出身，1989年畢業於北京中醫藥大學，師從國家中醫藥管理局辦公室主任王鳳岐教授門下，本人勤奮努力，精研經典，博覽眾家醫案，盡得精妙。擅長中醫腫瘤科、內科、婦科等臨床研究與治療。尤其對內科雜證及急、慢性肝膽病、胃病，半身不遂、風濕類風濕、骨質增生、頸椎病、腰椎間盤突出症，肥胖證，結石，子宮肌瘤等有特到治療之處。並發明“腫瘤疼痛液”“潘氏B肝湯”“子宮肌瘤散”“骨質增生散”等療效特別。榮獲“中華名醫” 及“中國中醫藥特效療法百佳名醫”光榮稱號。中醫中藥中國行中醫全科醫師骨幹班優秀班長，中國中醫藥特效療法學術貢獻獎，同時發表優秀論文十餘篇，多次榮獲“優秀論文證書獎”；多年來，本人根據祖國醫學辯證施治為紀綱，以純中草藥組方，為一大批久治不愈的患者排除疾病，得到各界認可與好評。
