楊國慶，河北大學管理學院教授，管理學博士。2009年獲河北大學數學與套用數學專業學士學位，2013年、2016年分別取得該校運籌學與控制論專業碩士學位和天津大學管理科學與工程博士學位。2016年起歷任河北大學講師、副教授，2018年赴加拿大溫莎大學從事物流與供應鏈領域博士後研究，2023年晉升教授。
其研究方向包括智慧型決策與最佳化、公共衛生與應急管理、供應鏈管理，主持國家自然科學青年科學基金項目、河北省青年拔尖人才項目等課題。兼任中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會青年工作委員會副秘書長、中國運籌學會智慧型計算分會常務理事、中國系統工程學會應急管理專委會委員，擔任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》《International Journal of Production Economics》《Annals of Operations Research》《Journal of the Operational Research Society》等國際期刊審稿人。2017年獲河北省自然科學獎二等獎，2018年入選河北省第三批青年拔尖人才。
