東軟飛利浦醫療設備系統有限責任公司是飛利浦集團與東軟醫療系統有限責任公司共同組建的合資公司。公司成立於2004年5月24日，註冊地點為瀋陽高新區渾南產業區東大軟體園。公司以雙方的技術和業務為基礎，面向全球市場，集中在CT機、MRI、X線機、超聲四大醫學影像設備領域進行研發與生產，致力於為醫院提供全面的臨床診斷設備，不斷提升臨床技術，服務於人類健康事業。

飛利浦退出東軟飛利浦

荷蘭皇家飛利浦電子集團就合資運營的東軟飛利浦醫療設備系統有限責任公司達成交易備忘錄，飛利浦擬將其合計持有的占東軟飛利浦註冊資本51%的全部股權轉讓給瀋陽東軟醫療系統有限公司（全資子公司）及一家境外公司。

股權轉讓完成後，東軟飛利浦將成為東軟醫療控股子公司。同時，飛利浦將從東軟飛利浦購買與CT產品相關的部分資產並接收部分研發與生產人員。

據悉，各方將在目前已經達成的備忘錄基礎上，就交易具體內容展開進一步的磋商。預計2013年底前完成交易。
