方呈祥, 教授,博士生導師,研究專業為微生物學,主要研究方向為: 微生物遺傳學和系統微生物學。1975.12 - 現在,在武漢大學生命科學學院任教。1993.06-1993.12 在日本大阪發酵研究所(IFO)進行合作研究。1999.02- 現在在中國典型培養物保藏中心任副主任。

人物經歷

1975.12 - 現在在武漢大學生命科學學院任教。
1993.06-1993.12在日本大阪發酵研究所(IFO)進行合作研究。

微生物學實驗、微生物生理學 、系統微生物學。

研究方向

1. 微生物遺傳學
1)已建立以λ溶原菌作為一種細胞模式,深入研究λ原噬菌體紫外誘導的自由基機理;
2)影響微生物代謝調控的功能性基因及其克隆與表達;
3)自由基對微生物細胞程式性死亡、發育與分化的影響。
2. 系統微生物學
1)原核生物系統學研究(典型分類學、化學分類以及分子分類);
2)產自由基清除劑微生物資源的研究;
3)微生物資源整合、開發與套用。
