戚正武,男,1932年4月生於浙江寧波,蘇聯醫科院莫斯科醫學與生物化學研究所博士,同濟大學蛋白質所所長,博士生導師,生物化學家,中科院院士,研究員,《生物化學與生物物理學報》以及國際《血栓研究》雜誌的編委。

人物經歷

戚正武院士,生物化學家。 1932年出生於浙江寧波。1952年畢業於上海同濟大學化學系。1959年獲蘇聯醫科院莫斯科醫學與生物化學研究所副博士。中國科學院上海生物化學研究所研究員。1978-1984年任生化所蛋白室副主任, 84年後室的編製取消, 為歷屆生化所學術委員會及學位評定委員會成員, 83年被批准為博士生導師, 曾為毛主席遺體保護科研組成員(組長吳階平)及國家生物技術(863計畫)首屆蛋白質工程專題專家組成員。擔任國際期刊Thrombosis Research (1988-1992; 1996-2000),J. Natural Toxin (1992-1996)及國內期刊生物化學與生物物理學報(1988-1996),中國生理科學 (英文版)(1985-1988)及動物學研究(1993-)等編委。1999年被評為中國科學院院士。

研究方向

戚正武院士長期以來從事酶蛋白結構與功能的研究,七十年代後期又擴展到活性多肽的研究領域,近年來又開展蛋白質工程研究。蛋白酶抑制劑、蠍神經毒蛋白、芋螺毒素與凝血纖溶有關的蛋白酶及其抑制劑的研究居國際前沿。

學術研究

長期以來從事活性多肽及酶蛋白結構與功能的研究,利用蛋白質工程技術研究結構與功能的關係。有關蛋白酶抑制劑,蠍及芋螺多肽神經毒素以及與凝血纖溶有關的蛋白質的研究居國際前沿。曾從不同植物中分離純化了三種不同類型的蛋白酶抑制劑,闡明了它們的蛋白質、基因及晶體結構,確定了活性中心位置,其中多功能雙頭慈菇蛋白酶抑制劑是屬於新的抑制劑家族。利用多肽合成,蛋白酶限止性降解及蛋白質工程等手段研究了它們的結構與功能的關係。在基因水平上闡明了異常人血清白蛋白及血小板無力症遺傳性疾病的基因缺陷。對凝血因子Ⅷ及vWF因子進行了基因克隆,並在哺乳動物細胞中獲得表達,申請了生產重組凝血因子Ⅷ的專利。90年代以來又開展研究蠍及芋螺毒腺中各種離子通道及神經遞質受體的神經毒素,發現了多種結構全新的神經毒素。此外在豬肝中分離純化了與體內重要生理功能相關的天然蛋白質前體加工酶的抑制劑。
曾發表論文百餘篇, 大多數刊登在國外主要學術期刊及英文版“中國科學”上。曾獲得中國科學院自然科學獎二等獎3次,一等獎1次, 國家自然科學獎三等獎2次及其它省部級科技獎。1981年慕尼黑國際激肽會議上獲優秀論文獎。 至今已培 養博士生及碩士生各20名。
