彭桂香，女，1968年4月生。1991年9月參加工作。中共黨員。現為華南農業大學資源環境學院土壤學系副教授、碩士生導師。

1991年6月西北農業大學植物保護專業本科畢業；2000年7月中國農業大學微生物學專業碩士研究生畢業。2006年12月晉升為副教授。
主要學術成果
申請者碩士論文部分內容是在國際上著名的德國馬譜土壤微生物研究所(Max-Planck Institut Fuer Terrestrische Mikrobiologie, Marburg, Germany)，國際上較早從事內生聯合固氮菌的Prof. Barbara Reinhold-Hurek實驗室完成。1998年, 參加了陳文新院士主持的國家“九五”重點項目, 對湖南省豆科植物根瘤菌資源進行了調查。主要從事土壤微生物學方面的研究工作。共參加5個國家基金項目，其中有4個為第二參加人。已在國內外刊物上發表論文1 2篇，SCI 收錄3篇，EI收錄一篇。
