主要研究方向:超精密伺服系統設計、建模與控制及其在先進制造裝備中的套用,特別是高速、變速(變頻)系統中的高精度軌跡跟蹤控制和擾動去除。研究特色:融會非線性控制領域中的微分幾何學派和機電控制學科的思想和方法,強調以設計、建模與控制一體化的方法,研究可顯著提高超精密機電系統、先進制造裝備系統性能的使能技術。
