環境工程納米技術：納米材料強化厭氧生物處理效能及電子傳遞機制；新型納米材料製備及在水處理中的套用；污水處理系統金屬納米顆粒的分析檢測方法及去除機制研究、納米材料對水處理微生物的影響過程及機制、納米材料與有毒有機物複合生態效應等。
有毒化學品環境與生態健康評價：開展典型有毒物質在城市水系統中的時空分布規律、去除機制、生態環境安全與健康安全評價方法、環境暴露途徑與危害、複合污染及其影響因素等。
