拉曼光譜的套用範圍遍及化學、物理學、生物學和醫學等各個領域,但由於極低的散射截面,拉曼光譜的套用在很長一段時間內受到了限制。為此,人們發展了基於共振增強和表面增強兩種技術來獲得增強的拉曼信號。但是,共振增強對分子的選擇性,表面增強很難獲得本徵的信號,因此如何獲得均勻、重複和廉價的拉曼增強活性基底等仍是目前拉曼光譜研究中的挑戰性問題。為解決拉曼活性基底的均一性以及如何利用因表面電漿振盪而導致局域增強的電場等問題,本項目提出將近年發展起來的準二維原子晶體(如石墨烯、氮化硼、硒化銦等)套用到表面增強拉曼光譜的研究中,發展平整基底上的拉曼信號增強技術,探索其在化學反應過程和催化反應機理研究中的套用。同時,以柔性拉曼活性基底的製備為主線,系統探索平整基底上的拉曼信號增強技術在各種表面上檢測微量物質等方面的套用。
