寧博，現任南開大學計算機學院/網路空間安全學院副教授、博士生導師，入選南開大學百名青年學科帶頭人。2003年進入西北工業大學自動控制專業學習，次年轉入數學與套用數學專業，2008年獲學士學位。2011年於福州大學離散數學中心取得套用數學碩士學位，2015年獲西北工業大學套用數學博士學位。2015年至2020年任天津大學數學學院講師，其間2017-2018年赴新加坡南洋理工大學訪學。2020年起任南開大學副教授。
主要研究領域為結構圖論、極值組合與譜圖論，在《組合理論雜誌》《Combinatorica》等期刊發表論文50餘篇。研究成果包括解決Woodall猜想、Cvetković-Rowlinson猜想及Erdős-Faudree-Schelp-Simonovitis猜想等經典問題，擴展了譜Turán定理的套用。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目等多項課題，2017年入選天津市“131創新人才計畫”，2022年獲第八屆中國運籌學會青年科技獎，同年受邀在第九屆世界華人數學家大會作特邀報告。
