孫道恆

1965年1月生,安徽人,工學博士、廈門大學機電工程系教授、博士生導師。1987、1990、1997年分別獲 東北大學學士、碩士、博士學位。

人物簡介

1965年1月生,安徽人,工學博士、廈門大學機電工程系教授、博士生導師。1987、1990、1997年分別獲東北大學學士、碩士、博士學位;1997~1999西南交通大學力學博士後流動站研究人員。1990~1997於東北大學機械原理與機械零件教研室任助教、講師。1999年6月加盟廈門大學機電工程系任副教授,2001年任教授。曾任廈門大學機電工程系機械設計製造及其自動化教研室主任、機械學實驗室主任、機電系主任,現任廈門大學物理與機電工程學院副院長。
2004.1~2005.12受Berkeley Scholarship Program 資助,作為訪問學者於加州大學伯克利分校機械工
程系、BSAC從事MEMS/NEMS研究。
全國現代設計理論與方法委員會理事、中國電子學會電子機械工程委員會委員、福建省機械工程學
會副理事長、《電子機械工程》及《振動、測試與診斷》編委。主講《機械設計基礎》、《有限
元理論與運用》、《計算機控制系統》、《機械振動基礎》、《先進制造技術》及《納米機電系統導論
倫》、《微流體技術》等課程。

科研成果

主持或參加科研項目11項。獲冶金工業部科技進步三等獎1項。其中,完成國家自然科學基金資助
項目4項、教育部骨幹教師資助項目1項,遼寧省科學基金項目2項,合作項目4項,福建省自然科學基
金、福建省科技計畫重點項目、福建省重大項目、廈門大學優秀人才資助項目1項。
發表學術論文70篇,20多篇被SCI、EI、ISTP收錄。

研究方向

微納機電系統(MEMS/NEMS),主要包括:微米/納米集成與封裝、聚合物納米結構及其套用、微納生物醫學感測器與執行器等。
