Wellhead has more than 140 equipments like many CNCs, production center and high-tech equipment and testing equipment. Newly brought in 3G test equipment, CDG-10000 computer controlled MT equipment and HTC 125140a CNC is enhancing the capacity of Wellhead’s technology innovation, and is expanding development of new products. Wellhead has a modern quality inspection and test center, including chemical analysis, mechanical properties test, impact test equipment; UT, MT, LP test equipment; Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, hardness tester, infrared thermometer, and torque wrench and many finished product test equipment etc. Those attribute to conformance rate of delivered products is 100%.
If Non-conformance occurs, inspector will mark and isolate non-conformance part immediately and generate NCR notice and report. After results come out, responsible department will provide corrective and preventive action, and quality department will follow the re-inspection and confirm results so as to make sure the quality conformance.
