周新剛(同濟大學教師)

周新剛，同濟大學建築與城市規劃學院城市規劃系副教授、博士生導師，香港大學城市規劃及設計系博士，上海市浦江人才計畫獲得者。現任教於同濟大學，主要研究方向為城市規劃理論、智慧型規劃、交通與土地使用關係以及大數據技術在城市規劃中的套用。

2000年代於香港大學獲博士學位後，長期從事城市規劃教學與科研工作。主持上海市浦江人才計畫項目“利用手機大數據探索城市就業活動輔助智慧規劃”，參與華東師範大學青年學者跨學科論壇等學術活動，發表《捷運站點周邊建成環境對共享出行影響研究》等報告。與鈕心毅教授團隊合作，基於手機大數據開展上海、深圳等城市的職住空間尺度與傳染病分布研究，成果發表於《國際城市規劃》等期刊。曾參與“金師育英”杭州論壇探討智慧型城市規劃教學實踐，並主導上海市土地利用擴展模式研究，提出緊湊城市規劃策略。
