呂瑞濤

呂瑞濤

呂瑞濤,男,2004年3月獲北京理工大學碩士學位,2009年1月獲清華大學博士學位。2009年1月-2013年先後在清華大學材料科學與工程系和美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學物理系做博士後研究工作,期間在日本九州大學先導物質化學研究所做訪問研究。

2013年2月至今在清華大學材料學院任助理研究員,助理教授、博士生導師。2017年獲國家優秀青年科學基金項目資助。

科學研究

研究概括

主要從事二維材料缺陷調控設計、合成及在能源存儲/轉換器件、超靈敏分子探測、高性能催化等領域的套用性能研究。在PNAS、Adv. Mater.、Acc. Chem. Res.等期刊上發表SCI收錄論文80多篇,發表論文被引用3400餘次(H-index:30,Google Scholar)。有7篇論文入選ESI高被引論文,5篇論文入選為Acc. Chem. Res.、Adv. Mater.等期刊的封面論文。編寫Wiley學術專著1章,申請中國發明專利10項(5項已授權)。擔任Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano、Carbon等32個國際期刊的學術審稿人和教育部學位論文評審專家,榮獲2015年Excellence in Review Award for service to the journal Carbon。主持完成國家自然科學基金-青年基金項目1項,目前正在承擔國家自然科學基金-面上項目1項,中國航空工業集團公司委託項目1項。參加國家重點基礎研究發展計畫(973計畫)項目和973計畫-青年科學家專題項目各1項。

研究進展

2016年10月,呂瑞濤科研團隊及合作者在二維薄膜的超靈敏聲壓感測器研究方面取得進展;他們首先使用電子束蒸鍍法,在二氧化矽/矽基底上蒸鍍了一定厚度的鉬薄膜,隨後在常壓進行硫化,得到了少層MoS2薄膜,再將所得薄膜轉移陶瓷插芯上,得到了基於不同層數MoS2的F-P感測器,基於少層MoS2組裝得到的F-P感測器具有明顯的應力-應變回響以及非常高的探測靈敏度(89.3 nm/Pa),與傳統材料相比提高了近三個數量級。這對於開發超靈敏聲壓探測器提供了重要的啟示,也拓展了二維材料在環境和生物醫學等領域的套用;相關研究結果發表《Advanced Materials》( DOI: 10.1002/adma.201603266)上。
