吳奕飛，男，1982年5月28日生，天津大學數學科學學院教授。2000年9月至2004年7月就讀於武漢大學數學與套用數學專業，2004年9月至2010年6月在華南理工大學獲基礎數學碩士、博士學位。2010年7月至2013年3月在北京套用物理與計算數學研究所從事博士後研究，2013年3月至2016年4月任北京師範大學講師，2016年4月起入職天津大學套用數學中心，歷任特聘研究員、教授。
主要從事偏微分方程、調和分析與數值分析的交叉領域研究，聚焦非線性薛丁格方程、KdV方程的低正則性理論，研究成果解決了菲爾茲獎得主陶哲軒提出的未決問題，研究方法被國際同行命名為“Wu’s method”和“Du-Wu-Zhang’s argument”。2019年入選國家重大人才計畫青年人才，2023年入選領軍人才。自2018年起擔任天津大學數學學院院長助理，分管研究生事務管理工作。
