劉明潔，男，漢族，中共黨員，湖北京山人，1985年10月生。西南石油大學地球科學與技術學院副教授，主要從事緻密砂岩儲層、油氣成藏與富集、層序地層學、碳酸鹽岩儲層的研究工作，以及石油地質學的教學工作。
