個人經歷

2018年7月畢業於北京大學國家發展研究院理論經濟學（國家發展方向）專業，獲經濟學博士學位。主要研究領域包括：衛生經濟、衛生政策、網際網路+醫療健康服務創新等。以第一作者或通訊作者身份累計國內外權威期刊發表30餘篇，包括 Lancet Regional Health- Western Pacific, Social Science & Medicine, Health Policy and Planning, China Economic Review, Health Systems & Reform《經濟學（季刊）》《世界經濟》《金融研究》等國內外頂級和權威期刊。
主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、國家社科基金重大項目子課題、教育部人文社會科學研究青年基金、北京市社科基金青年項目各1項。承擔國務院研究室、國家醫保局、北京市委改革辦、北京市衛生健康委等部門委託的衛生政策橫向課題和諮詢項目十餘項，所撰寫的研究報告先後被國家有關部門、北京市和廣東省採納，並得到中央和省部勸榜旬級領導人批示。目前，擔任中國衛生經濟學會理論與政策專委會秘書長、銀川網際網路+醫療健康協會秘書長、國家醫保局DIP支付改革專家組成員、廣東省首批深化醫藥詢境精衛生體制改革研究專家庫成員、北京市網際網路診療質量控制與改進中心專家委員、北京市衛生健康大數據與政策研究中心學術委員會常務理事等職務。
