余忠(電子科技大學教授)

余忠 講授“磁性物理”、“鐵磁學”等本科及研究生課程。在大功率鐵氧體材料及高頻開關電源方面取得部級鑑定科研成果6項,參加“934”工程,主持及參加多個縱向及橫向項目研究,實現成果產業化3項。申請國家發明專利9項,授權5項。獲國家科技進步二等獎、國防科技進步二等獎、教學改革成果二等獎、校青年教師教學優秀獎等各1項。發表論文50餘篇。

人物經歷

1993年7月在復旦大學獲高分子材料學士學位,後在中國工程物理研究院工作兩年,1998年3月在電子科技大學獲碩士學位並留校任教,從事電子信息材料與元器件方面的教學與科研。現為電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室成員,主要研究方向為氧化物磁性材料、薄膜及器件。2003、2004年分別赴烏克蘭和斯洛維尼亞學習。

研究方向:

軟磁鐵氧體材料製備及開關電源設計;
軟磁鐵氧體厚膜製備及其在NFC和WPC中的套用;
軟磁鐵氧體薄膜製備及微磁器件設計;
基於SWR效應的磁性納米薄膜製備及器件研究;
微波鐵氧體材料製備及微波磁性器件設計;
六角鐵氧體粉體、薄膜製備及器件設計。
