任建華，男，1961年6月出生，管理學博士，研究員，全國教育經濟學研究會理事，浙江省管理諮詢協會理事。1978年-1982年浙江師範大學本科數學教育專業畢業，獲得理學學士學位；1986年-1989年在北京師範大學攻讀系統理論專業碩士，獲得理學碩士學位；1999年-2002年在北京師範大學攻讀教育經濟與管理專業博士，獲得管理學博士學位。
