仲裁環路（arbitrated loop），如果算上連線到一個光釺連線控的連線埠它支配 127 個設備。僅僅一個連線可能是一個連線孔。設備在一個單行道環方式下被連線 也叫做 FC-A L 一個不需要光纖通道轉換器光纖通道拓撲。
