3、 蒐集、傳播酒吧市場信息，組織開展技術項目研發和交流。
4、維護協會會員的合法權益，為會員提供勞務糾紛的法律援助維權活動，保護本行業智慧財產權。
5、為會員頒發中國調酒師協會證書。
6、年度評定審核中國調酒大師、金牌行政吧檯經理、中國優秀調酒師、中國職業酒吧經理人等。
7、會員單位可申請，副會長單位，理事單位所在酒店頒發會員單位標牌。
